Malabar Neem is one of the fast-growing trees. In 5 to 6 years, it can reach a height of 40 feet and a diameter of 3 to 4 feet. The plant can also thrive in areas with limited water resources. Every six years, an average of 750 to 1200 kg of wood can be extracted. The mining is firm and simple, and it's utilized in the housing industry, plywood, and shipbuilding.
Currently, the market price per tone ranges from around Rs 8000 to 12,000 rupees. This plant has a maximum lifespan of 70 years.
These farm areas are raised under the supervision of retired personnel of Indian Forest & Horticulture. After six years, the profits generated by Malabar neem plants will be distributed equally between 50 percent for investors and the remaining 50 percent will be utilized for development which is born by the company. Investors will sign a plant breeding lease agreement with the company during the fame of registration.
